Suicide or Survive Wellness Workshop
The Wellness Workshop online is a resource to help you on your personal journey to mental health wellness. The workshop is for everyone and is designed to give you tools to both improve your mental wellness and to maintain your wellness. Based on the highly successful Wellness programme developed by SOS, this resource is made available to you by SOS as part of their continuing efforts to improve everyone’s mental wellness. SOS is a charity aimed at breaking down the stigma of mental health issues.

Aware Life Skills Online Programme
Life Skills Online is a completely free educational programme from Aware which is delivered online.

With the help of a series of easy-to-follow modules and support from a trained Aware volunteer, participants can learn how to manage feelings of stress, worry, anxiety or depression, and learn simple and practical skills to help them cope with life’s challenges.

The programme is comprised of eight modules, each covering a different topic, and the programme can help participants make a real difference in their lives.

Participants complete the modules online, in their own time, over eight consecutive weeks. The programme is self-directed – meaning participants can choose what module to try first and can skip backwards and forwards between modules and activities as they prefer.

Each Life Skills Online participant will also be partnered with a ‘supporter’, a trained Aware volunteer. The supporter provides encouragement and feedback if the participant chooses to share any of their module work with them.

Living Life to the Full
This is a free life skills course which aims to provide access to high quality, practical and user-friendly training in life skills. Living life to the full is based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), a structured form of psychotherapy that aims to alter unhelpful thinking.

MoodGYM
MoodGYM is a free, interactive web programme designed to help prevent depression, and again teaches the principles of CBT.

Moodscope
This site allows you to help track and graph daily moods. A mail is sent to a friend(s) who agree to buddy you - the idea being that knowing someone is genuinely listening and aware of how you're doing is of itself supportive and can help lift mood.
